Online Graphs
Online Graphs are a quick and easy way to view your VoIP softswitch account performance over a specified period of time.

Technical Charts
VoIP Switch Technical Charts visualize important technical parameters such as:
- Total Call Duration

Timeline
Timeline filters allow to compare the current traffic data to the historical traffic data. Depending on the needs you can either
- Select one of the pre-defined values, or
- Specify a custom date range
For example, if today is Monday Oct 10, 2011 and you would like the charts to be presented by 15-minute data points, you will be offered to compare your current data with the data for Yesterday, Previous Monday, Sep 10, 2011, or a Custom Period. See the screenshot below:
Filtering by Customers, Equipment, Routes
You can isolate and analyze subsets of your traffic data. Simply specify the following parameters and click "Rebuild Graph":
- Region Name
- Originator (drop-down list)
- Terminator (drop-down list)
- Concurrent Calls
