Set up Quality Routing on your routes and HostedSwitch® will forward the calls to the routes with the best quality (in terms of ACD, ASR, and TQI). Moreover, you will get notified if a particular carrier no longer meets your quality requirements.

Choose ANI Routing and HostedSwitch® will route calls based on ANI (Automatic Number Identification). For example, you can provide a country residents with cheaper domestic call rates and charge outside callers a higher price for the same destination.
